So here's the story: Twilight Lugia was.. er... rescued from a lab during the Cipher-Rocket Collaboration (see "A Whole New World" for more on that
 ) and since she was trapped in a lab for half of her life thus far, she didn't know how to do anything. So, fate would have it that Mewtwo gets elected by Jeff and Ashlee to basically show Twilight how to hunt, use her abilities, etc. etc... He managed to get a big fishie from the lake-thing (Yay Photoshop!  ) and challenged Twilight that if she could catch him, she'd get the fish.  Who gets the fish? Who knows. Um... Let's see.... I'll take critique, but don't tell me it sucks, please. I worked so many hours on this, and it was hard to draw Twilight Lugia in the right perspective, and I was about ready to chop off Mewtwo's hands.  Luckily Mewsagi does a good job on hands, and Articuno on feathers. ^__^Yes, I got lazy on the background.  ;; Didn't feel like shading it; may do that another day.Thanks to *Articuno and =Mewsagi for the references.
